As Director of Attorney Employment for Baker & Botts, a large Houston law firm, Suzie presented programs and seminars on a regular basis. After 8 years with the same firm, she was hired as a consultant by 10 of the largest law firms in the country to help recruit and hire new lawyers.  It was at this time that Suzie began to see the importance of image on salary, job opportunities and promotions.
